Terms of Service

These terms govern Zavronix accounts, workspaces, software licences and related services supplied from South Australia, Australia.

Owner review required. This is an operational legal draft and should be reviewed by an Australian legal professional before public launch.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or purchasing Zavronix, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and have authority to act for any organisation you add to Zavronix.

2. Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace owners control invitations, roles and access. Do not share invite links or codes outside their intended recipients. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been compromised.

3. Purchases and licences

Prices and included applications are shown before Stripe checkout. Unless the checkout says otherwise, Zavronix editions are sold as one-time licences for the selected workspace. A purchase becomes active only after Zavronix receives and validates a successful payment event. Cancelling or leaving checkout does not grant paid access.

4. Upgrades, refunds and Australian consumer rights

Where an upgrade credit is displayed, it is calculated from the eligible Zavronix edition already owned by that workspace. Refund requests may be sent to zavronix1@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Zavronix to break the law, access another customer’s data, interfere with the service, distribute malware, evade access controls, reverse engineer protected services except where law permits it, or store material you have no right to use.

6. Customer data

You retain responsibility for data entered into your workspaces. You grant Zavronix the limited permission needed to host, process, secure and transmit that data to provide the service. Details about information handling and service providers appear in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Zavronix available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. Material changes to these terms will be dated and presented for acceptance where appropriate.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a failed, reversed or disputed payment. You may stop using Zavronix at any time. Data access or deletion remains subject to legal retention duties and the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zavronix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Questions, support requests and legal notices may be sent to zavronix1@gmail.com.
